 الكنيسة الإنجيلية المعمدانية الكتابية  في لاڤال

“لأنّهُ هَكَذَا أحَبَّ اللَّهُ الْعَالَمَ حَتىَّ بَذَلَ ابْنَهُ الْوَحِيدَ لِكَيْ لاَ يَهْلِكَ كُلُّ مَنْ يؤُمِنُ بهِ بَلْ  تكُونُ لهُ الْحَياَةُ

الأبَدِيّةَّ ُ.”  (إنجيل يوحنا 3: 16)
توصَف هذه الآية بأنها أهم آية في الكتاب المقدس، فما هو مضمونها؟

1( الله أحب: كثيراً ما نجد صعوبة بأن نحب بعضنا وحتى نفوسنا وذلك بسبب خطايانا، لكن العجيب أن الله القدوس يحبنا وذلك بدافع نعمته الخالصة بدون استحقاق فينا نحن الخطأة.

2( الله أعطى: أعطانا ابنه ) ليس ابنه بالتزاوج بل بالجوهر،

  • (فتجسّد، أي صار انساناً ( مع أنه ازلي )، من القديسة العذراء مريم ،
  • عاش حياة كاملة بالمطلق،
  • أحب الخطأة، شفى المرضى، عزّى البائسين وبشّر بخلاصٍ للهالكين،
  • فيه عرفنا الله بأبهى وأوضح تعبير وتجسيد،
  • مات على الصليب ليدفع قصاص وعقاب خطايانا،
  • قام من الأموات في اليوم الثالث،
  • صعد إلى السماء، “وسيأتي أيضاً بمجدٍ عظيم ليدين الأحياء والأموات الذي لا فناء لمُلكِه.”

3( أنا أؤمن: الخلاص ليس استحقاقاً لأي انسان مهما سمت أخلاقُه أو كثرُ صلاحه. لأن كلمة الله تصرّح بأن “الجميع أخطأوا” وأن “أجرة الخطية هي موت”  (رومية 6: 23). (فالخلاص هو بالنعمة وهدية مجانية من الله) افسس 2: 9 (فالهدية إما أن تقبلها أو ترفضها، لكنك لا تدفع ثمنا ً لنوالها وإلاّ لما كانت الهدية هدية بعد. وكذلك الإيمان “به”، هو ليس مجرد التصديق بل الذي يعبرِّ عن الثقة والتوبة والتواضع والمحبة والقبول والتسليم.

4( أنا أخلص: أخلص من ماذا؟ أخلص من الخطية وعارها وسلطانها ودمارها وعقابها. فبقوله: “لكي لا يهلك” يتضمن عدم الهلاك لمن يؤمن بفداء ابنه وبالتالي الهلاك الأبدي لمن يرفضه بعدم إيمان.
تذكر يا عزيزي أنه يمكنك أن تعيش بدون إله وبدون إيمان، ولكنه أمر خطير أن تموت بدونهما.
فالموت ليس نهاية حياة الإنسان… لذلك فكّر جيداً بأهم سؤال: أين ستقضي الأبدية؟

للمتزوجين، اجتماع للسيدات …الخ، كما تقدم المشورة الشخصية والعائلية.

Bible Evangelical Baptist Church in Laval

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

This verse is often considered the most important phrase in the whole Bible.

A pastor was studying and preparing a sermon on this verse, his little son asked him: “Dad what are you busy with?” “I am preparing a sermon to preach from John 3:16” his father replied. The kid answered: “The verse is very easy and simple, it states: 1) God loved, 2) God gave, 3) I believe 4) I get saved.” Well stated and summarized.

  • God loved: We many times struggle to love one another and even ourselves due to our sins, but it is amazing how the holy and perfect God loves us despite our sinfulness.
  • God Gave: He gave His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, so He
  • Incarnated (became a human, though He is eternal) through Virgin Mary,
  • Lived a perfect life and embodied God in His most glorious and perfect expression, · Loved sinners, healed the sick, comforted the broken-hearted, taught the lost and preached eternal salvation to humanity,
  • Died on the cross to pay the wage and penalty of our sins,
  • Rose from the dead on the third day,
  • Ascended to heaven and will come again to save, to judge and to reign.
  • I believe: Salvation is not merited or earned by anyone no matter how good or godly he is. The Bible states that we “all have sinned” and “the wage of sin is death” (Romans 6:23) and not good works. Salvation is by grace and a gift of God (Ephesians 2:9). A gift is either accepted or rejected. You can’t pay a price to receive it; if you do, the gift is not a gift anymore! The required faith “in Him” is not a mere believing or approving, rather it includes the attitude of repenting, trusting, humility, loving, surrendering to God and accepting His plan of salvation.
  • I get saved: Saved from what? Saved from sin and its shame, dominion, destruction and condemnation. When the verse says: “should not perish” it implies salvation from perishing to the believer and eternal damnation to the unbeliever.

Remember: you can live without faith and without God, but it is so serious and perilous to die without them. For death is not the end of a human’s life… Where will you spend eternity?
